Only thing is the amount of folders in the mailbox - had problems with 2 accounts with about 1.900 folders in their mailbox - but that is a limitaion of outlook with active sync - we had to reduce the folders - now these accounts have about 1.650 folders and that works - but with huge folder count the initial sync takes long to start as z-push prepares the folders bevor starting to sync They are all working with this configs since 2,5 years and never had bad experience with it (SQL and Apache not optimized - still default configs with univention ucs) I also have implemented mailstore archiving so i can offload old mails from the mailbox and the user is able to access them through outlook (with plugin) deskapp/wepbapp (through intranet plugin) and mobile too I also migrated some customers from SBS to Kopano with outlook and KOE - some have big Mailboxes too - I think one problem may be the workstation as Outlook with active Sync stores all emails local - so i have ssd’s on all workstations that works for me.
